Poem to my wife

This is something i hope i say to her when I meet her (duono if i already have or not, but w/e) and that i keep saying to her over and over again...


When I look into your eyes,
I see the love that Christ
Poured out and into me
So I could give it to thee
 
I promise to give you all that I am
Pointing you always to the lamb
And defend you from the lies
That the enemy will let fly
 
I will protect you with myself
For your happiness I offer my health,
And to always guide you on
Always pointing you to the dawn
 
You are the greatest gift that I
Feel unworthy and now feel shy
I will, with all of my power
Give all myself to you my flower.

the King gave me a joy and eyes to see
that great promise I have understood
